Inside Zombie Burger

Police are looking for a group of 10 people who dined and dashed at Zombie Burger over the weekend.

Management at Zombie Burger, 300 East Grand Avenue, contacted police about a party of 10 people who gave the name "Bailey" and a phone number, part of the businesses' text-based reservation service. The group entered sometime before 4:10 p.m. "ate and then left past the last point of sale without paying," the police report states.

A total of $87.81 worth of purchases went unaccounted for in the incident. Police have a copy of the receipt and phone number, which the manager said the phone's owner would not answer after she tried to call.

No suspects have been identified but each person could face fifth-degree theft charges, a simple misdemeanor.
